Express International Shipping
We offer Express Shipping for all international orders with a flat shipping rate of $35 USD. Purchases are shipped via DHL Express or USPS Priority Mail Express depending upon the receiver's postal code, and at the discretion of Atlantic. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days of shipment confirmation. Please contact your local postal service or DHL offices for orders taking longer than this.
Our shipping times are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. When you place an order you will receive a statement detailing your purchase. After your order is processed through our warehouse you will receive a second email containing any additional information such as tracking number, if the shipper has tracking for the specified country. Please allow 24 to 48 hours at most for your order to process and ship. We do our best to process all orders in an accurate and timely fashion.
We make every attempt at giving our customers the absolute lowest rates possible.
Customs and Shipping Times
Atlantic will give you the closest possible transit times as was given to us by the carrier. We cannot guarantee exactly how quickly your package will arrive. Due to carrier scheduling, customs delays and other factors, your package could get delayed.
In the event that you might have a faulty item, you will need to contact customer service and notify us of the issue. We will make every attempt to resolve the problem. If the item is defective, we will send you a replacement once you have placed a new order. Replacement products will only be sent out with a new order placed due to high cost of shipping internationally. Atlantic guarantees all items and will always replace items if there is a problem. If Atlantic deems that there is an abuse on this guarantee, then Atlantic retains the right to refuse replacements for any customer at any time.
Additions, Substitutions and Cancellations.
No additions, substitutions, or other such edits can be made to an order once it has been placed and entered into our system. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you must first contact Customer Service at email@example.com. We will make every attempt to accommodate all changes or cancellation requests which are received in a timely manner, but cannot cancel any orders which have already been prepared for shipment.
Some countries have restrictions on importation of electronic cigarettes. Checking the laws of your country is suggested before placing an order with Atlantic. Atlantic does not take responsibility for knowing the laws or your country.
In addition, please be advised that if your order is seized by the customs agency in your country, we are not responsible. your country may also charge extra import tariffs along with possible taxes. Please note that duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping rates provided during checkout.
We cannot refund payment for any seized orders. Any goods returned due to non-payment of custom fees, tariffs, or taxes, and /or non-delivery due to refusal by the buyer, will not receive a refund of the purchase amount or shipping charges paid.
