The Order Process
For reasons of security and compliance, all domestic orders must now undergo age verification and all domestic shipments must now include signature delivery confirmation.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the details of your purchase. Within two working days, your order will be processed through our warehouse and you will be sent a second email with your UPS or USPS tracking number. Once your shipment has left our facility, we consider your order to be fulfilled.
No additions, substitutions, or other such edits can be made to an order once it has been placed and entered into our system. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you must first contact Customer Service at email@example.com. We will make every attempt to accommodate all cancellation requests which are received in a timely manner, but cannot cancel any orders which have already been assigned a tracking number.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges related to product returns. Any customer who opts to return an item does so at their own cost. Returns of Atlantic products incur a nonrefundable 20% processing and restocking fee without exception.
