Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

NOTICE

For reasons of security and compliance, all domestic orders must now undergo age verification and all domestic shipments must now include signature delivery confirmation. 

We ship domestically throughout the United States from our warehouse located in Pennsylvania. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS, with orders placed on Friday afternoon through the weekend processed the following Monday. We make every attempt to have all items packaged and shipped within two working days of order receipt.

During the checkout procedure you will be given a choice of UPS and USPS shipping options:

  • USPS Free Shipping
  • USPS Free Priority Shipping over $100
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day

When you place an order you will receive a statement detailing your purchase. After your order is processed through our warehouse you will receive a second email containing the tracking number issued by your chosen carrier. Your order can then be tracked directly on the carrier websites at at www.UPS.com and www.USPS.com.

Free Shipping Options

If you choose free shipping, your package will be sent USPS. If your order is over $100 (taxes cannot be included in this amount) then we will ship USPS Priority at no charge to the contiguous 48 States. Shipping with USPS Priority has been proven to be a faster method. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico does not qualify for Free USPS Priority shipping option.

We accept no liability for lost orders nor guarantee delivery of shipments sent via UPS or USPS, and any issues related to such shipments should be directed to the appropriate carrier and not Atlantic Vapor™.

No additions, substitutions, or other such edits can be made to an order once it has been placed and entered into our system. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you must first contact Customer Service at customerservice@atlanticcigs.com. We will make every attempt to accommodate all cancellation requests which are received in a timely manner, but cannot cancel any orders which have already been prepared for shipment.

We are not responsible for shipping costs related to product returns, and we must receive any returned product into our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. Therefore we highly recommend that product returns be shipped via UPS. If USPS is chosen, products must be returned in padded envelopes or boxes to prevent loss during shipment. If flat envelopes are used for returns there is a likely probability of loss during transit. Since we cannot issue refunds or replacement on products that never reach our facility, we highly recommend choosing UPS as the carrier for your return.
